According to environmental legislation, industrial premises are audited more successfully in many areas, and the requirements have been increased with recent regulations.

Some requirements have been imposed on industrial facilities within the framework of the Environmental Inspection Regulation and the Environmental Permit and License Regulation. According to the regulations, industrial facilities on the Annex-1 and Annex-2 lists are required to have environmental officers or to hire environmental consulting companies approved by the Ministry.

Atkasan A.Ş. has started to provide environmental consultancy services since 2011 by expanding its fields of activity and benefiting from its experience in waste management. Our company received the "Environmental Consulting Competence Certificate" by the T.R. Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change accelerated its works on waste management as well as consultancy with its professional engineer staff.

Services Provided within the Scope of Environmental Consultancy;

  • Ensuring that at least 1 (one) Environmental Engineer works for at least 2 (two) days per month for Annex-1 facilities and at least 1 (one) day per month for Annex-2 facilities, in order to carry out and coordinate environmental management activities,
  • Following the new legislation and ensuring that the facility is informed about the new legislation
  • Identifying situations that are not in compliance with the Environmental Legislation, making suggestions, following their implementation and presenting the necessary studies to ensure compliance, in a report form,
  • Carrying out electronic application, follow-up and renewal works of permits and documents to be obtained within the scope of Environmental Legislation,
  • Planning and following up the monitoring, measurement and analysis that must be carried out within the scope of Environmental Legislation,
  • Carrying out an internal audit in accordance with the provisions of the relevant legislation, not less than once a year, and preparing a report as a result of the internal audit, presenting this report to the owner/responsible of the facility or activity and ensuring that it is kept within the facility or activity,
  • Negotiating and/or communicating with public institutions and organizations on environmental management issues,
  • Our company at least one Environmental Engineer who is interested in the facility is present during the planned inspections to be made by the TR Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change / Provincial Directorate of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change,
  • Carrying out informative training activities for employees on environmental issues and organizing encouraging activities,
  • Our company request of the T.R. Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change and other authorized institutions, documenting that the procedures related to the Environmental Legislation are carried out duly and submitting the requested information and documents on time.
